Job summary

TalentGo is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site construction activities in Pekalongan. You will lead the field team, ensure work proceeds to plans and specifications, and manage resources to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree (D3/S1), 2–4 years of site supervision experience on housing developments, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to be placed in Pekalongan, Central Java.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–4 years of site manager/supervisor experience in housing/developer projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, Indonesian standards, and field practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activities and ensure work aligns with plans and specs.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate field team including workers and subcontractors.
• Enforce strict K3 health and safety protocols at the project site.
• Manage resources (materials, equipment, labor) to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments for effective communication and issue resolution.
• Generate regular progress reports and document all construction activities.
• Identify obstacles and make strategic decisions to keep timelines on track.

Coordinate with stakeholders, report progress, and make strategic decisions to maintain project timelines.

• Manage and supervise all activities at the project site, ensuring all work proceeds according to agreed work plans and technical specifications.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of the field team including workers, technicians, and subcontracted workers.
• Ensure strict implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) protocols throughout the project site to minimize accident risks.
• Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments to ensure effective communication and prompt problem resolution.
• Generate regular project progress reports and document all aspects of construction work.
• Identify and address project obstacles and make strategic decisions to keep project timelines on track.

Qualifications

• Minimal Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Minimal 2-4 years experience as Site Manager or Supervisor in medium to large scale housing/developer projects
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, work methods, and industry standards in Indonesia
• Strong leadership skills with excellent team management skills
• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
• MUST: Willingness to be placed in Pekalongan Regency
• Priority for candidates residing in Central Java (able to be available in Pekalongan)
• Experience in housing developer projects (technical field)
• Plus point: experience as a site manager in a subsidized housing developer (commercial housing experience is also acceptable)
