Job summary

PT. PMA ASTRA GROUP MANAGEMENT in Bali seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily construction operations on a Bali project, coordinating workers, subcontractors, material delivery, and schedules to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in site management, strong knowledge of construction processes, good English, and be on-site daily to ensure quality and proper handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar site management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to plan, monitor progress and report using basic tools.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive and organized on site.
• Capable of supervising multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Good English communication.

Employment Type: Full-time, project-based

Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of the construction site
• Coordination of workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Managing the work schedule and ensuring deadlines are met
• Ensuring quality standards are followed
• Taking daily and reporting project progress
• Assisting in work handovers and quantity verification
• Collaborating with the procurement team (material requests and delivery tracking)
• Maintaining attendance logs, equipment records, and site documentation
• Reporting regularly to the Project Manager (project owner)

Requirements:
