PT. LUNA BOGA NARAYAN (Kopi Janji Jiwa) is seeking a resourceful Site Development Lead to spearhead store expansion across Indonesia.

The role requires identifying prime locations, conducting feasibility studies, and negotiating lease terms with landlords and developers to support growth targets. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Project Development, manage the site development team, and travel for surveys to ensure timely openings of new coffee shops and outlets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering).
• 5–8 years in Site Development, Store Expansion, Property Acquisition, or Business Development in Retail or F&B.
• Proven track record in end-to-end store expansion and new outlet openings.
• Strong network with landlords, property owners, mall management, and property agents.
• Experience in site selection, feasibility studies, market analysis, and rental negotiations.
• Strong business acumen to develop strategic expansion plans.
• Willing to travel for site surveys and expansion across Indonesia.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute store expansion strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure locations for new coffee shops and outlets.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and location analysis based on traffic, demographics, accessibility, visibility, and commercial potential.
• Manage negotiations with landlords, property owners, agents, and developers regarding rental rates, lease terms, and agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property management, mall management, and strategic partners.
• Lead end-to-end site acquisition from location identification to negotiation and handover.
• Monitor market trends, competitor locations, and potential expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Project Development to ensure successful openings.
• Manage site development team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve expansion.
