Job summary

Erajaya Group is seeking a Site Acquisition professional to lead new store openings in Jakarta. You will identify promising retail locations, perform feasibility surveys, and coordinate negotiations with landlords or developers to secure prime spaces.

The role requires strong negotiation, networking and mall retail experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Based in Jakarta Office (Full WFO).

Qualifications

• Experience in retail industry and opening store in mall.
• Agile, adaptive & able to work under pressure.
• Good in team work and communication skill.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Office (Full WFO).
