Job summary

PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee execution for new stores, refurbishments, maintenance, and closures.

You will ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met, resolving on-site issues with quick, effective solutions. The role requires experience with commercial mall projects, strong coordination with vendors and internal teams, and the ability to travel across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in Project Management or a related field.
• Have experience in a project in a commercial unit (Mall).
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Willing to work based in Jakarta - Landmark Pluit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project execution for new stores, refurbishments, maintenance, and closures to ensure timelines, quality standards, and approved budgets are met.
• Resolve on-site issues by providing quick, effective solutions.
• Oversee and verify all project documentation to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors, malls/landlords, and internal departments regarding critical issues, additional work, materials, or costs.
• Collaborate with shared functions (e.g., SITAC, QC, OE) to support smooth project delivery and business targets.
• Identify project risks, plan mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and company requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide analysis of on-site and overall project performance.
• Manage several projects at the same time with a tight timeline.
