Job summary

Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. is seeking a proactive coordinator to support Channel Development activities in Jakarta. You will prepare letters, memos, purchase requests, invoices and related documents, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to supervisors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include maintaining data, generating periodic reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet SLA timelines across store openings and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1 year of experience in project management or related.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of project management processes and administrative support functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare letters, memos, Purchase Requests, invoices, and other documents to support Channel Development activities.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to supervisor.
• Maintain and update Channel Development data and documentation.
• Monitor construction activities by coordinating with PICs to meet SLA and timeline.
• Coordinate with SITAC, OE, Purchasing, Project, Design, QC, Legal, GA, and Mall teams to ensure SLA compliance.

Job description

• Prepare letters, memos, Purchase Requests, invoices, and other related documents to support all Channel Development activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to the direct supervisor, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Perform periodic data updates to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Channel Development information.
• Maintain and review documentation and filing systems to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Monitor construction activities by coordinating with relevant PICs to ensure all activities are completed according to the established SLA and project timeline.
• Monitor and verify the SLA process from the initial stage through store opening by coordinating and following up with relevant PICs, including SITAC, OE, Purchasing, Project, Design, QC, Legal, GA, and Mall teams.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or related.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
