Job summary

Erajaya Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to craft compelling store visuals across the retail environment. You will guide displays that lead customers through the store and coordinate with merchandisers to implement design concepts that reflect the brand image.

The role requires a keen eye for current merchandising trends, strong portfolio presentation, and the ability to translate marketing messages into tangible displays across windows, interiors and promotional setups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Visual Merchandiser.
• Ensure proper trends, merchandising and styling techniques are represented.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.

Responsibilities

• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result that align to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market.
• Develop, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers.
• Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays.
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
