Job summary

BukuWarung seeks a proactive Shopee Admin to be the front line of our Shopee store. You will guide buyers, convert orders, and keep customers happy through precise handling of chats, listings, and reviews.

In this role you’ll manage order processing, respond to inquiries, update product data, and support our AI assistant with current promos and pricing, all while meeting daily/weekly store health targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proactive: take initiative to reach out to buyers and follow up.
• Prior marketplace/Shopee admin or e-commerce operations experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using Shopee Seller Centre chat, orders, and listing tools.
• Strong written Bahasa Indonesia and service-oriented communication.
• Detail-oriented with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential buyers via Shopee Chat before orders are placed.
• Follow up on placed-but-unpaid orders to improve conversion.
• Maintain high chat reply rate and fast response time.
• Reply to product reviews professionally to protect store reputation.
• Align Shopee AI assistant with current product context, promos, and pricing.
• Process incoming orders promptly and update order status.
• Create and update product listings with accurate data.
• Monitor stock levels and apply vouchers/promos as directed.
• Maintain daily/weekly operational records and monitor store health metrics.
