Job summary

EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is looking for an E-commerce Supervisor to manage and optimize Shopee store operations. You will oversee product listings, pricing, photos, and categories in line with sales strategies.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance across platforms, developing promotions, researching market trends, and coordinating with Marketing, Warehouse and Customer Service to ensure smooth order processing. Strong leadership and English skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business or related field.
• At least 1 year as an E-commerce Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop and Lazada.
• Able to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Experience managing digital advertising on Shopee Ads.
• Detail oriented, organized, and target driven.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online store operations on the Shopee platform.
• Oversee product listings: descriptions, photos, pricing and categories aligned with sales strategy.
• Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms.
• Develop and implement online promotional strategies to increase conversion.
• Research competitors and market trends to inform pricing and positioning.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to prepare performance reports and recommendations.
• Manage product reviews and ratings and address customer complaints to protect the store's reputation.
• Stay updated on trends, features and policies of e-commerce platforms.
