Job summary

BATIK PRABUSENO is seeking a driven e‑commerce specialist to manage and optimise the Shopee store. You will run Shopee Ads, plan campaigns, vouchers and promotions, and analyse sales, traffic and product performance to drive growth.

The role requires familiarity with ROAS/ACOS and CPC metrics, strong data literacy, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with collaboration across Marketing, Content, Affiliate and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Shopee, Marketplace or E‑Commerce.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC and Conversion Rate.
• Able to read and analyse data.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Shopee store performance.
• Run Shopee Ads and optimise budget based on ROAS/ACOS.
• Plan and manage campaigns, vouchers, flash sales and promotions.
• Analyse sales revenue, traffic, conversion, orders and product performance.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, units sold and marketing cost efficiency.
• Evaluate performance and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Affiliate and Warehouse teams.
