Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Medan, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. The role focuses on inbound/outbound flows, inventory control, and KPI-driven performance. Strong leadership and ERP/WMS experience are essential.

The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage schedules, and drive improvements in productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required).
• 1–3 years in warehouse ops, logistics or supply chain with supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows (Inbound/Outbound/Inventory).
• Experience with scheduling, manpower planning and KPI/ SLA delivery.
• Proficient in WMS and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain safe, clean, organized work area per standards.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes.
• Control activities to meet KPI and SLA targets.
• Lead manpower planning and shift scheduling.
• Develop team performance and operational competencies.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth processes.
• Ensure accuracy in warehouse admin and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity.
