Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to design, configure, and enhance HAM Pro solutions, manage hardware asset lifecycles, and improve CMDB data quality. You will build integrations with SAP, Oracle, Jira, Workday, Okta, and cloud platforms, while delivering dashboards and scalable workflows.

With 5+ years in ServiceNow, you will contribute to enterprise transformation projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and support upgrades and production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in HAM Pro, CMDB, and ServiceNow Integrations.
• Experience with Discovery, MID Server Administration, ITOM/Service Mapping.
• Experience with REST & SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets & Transform Maps.
• Experience building ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow transformation projects in enterprise environments.

• Configure asset synchronization between CMDB, Discovery, and HAM Pro.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
• Implement Import Sets & Transform Maps for data integration.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SAP, Oracle, Jira, Workday, Okta, AWS, Azure, and monitoring tools.
• Build and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to improve asset visibility and decision-making.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
