Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a senior ServiceNow professional in Indonesia to design, configure, and implement SAM Pro solutions and related CMDB governance. You will manage the software asset lifecycle, drive integrations with SAP, Oracle, Jira, and Workday, and develop dashboards to support compliance and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in SAM Pro, CMDB, ServiceNow Integrations, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM.
• Experience with REST & SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Import Sets & Transform Maps.
• Java & Glide APIs; Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of software license management, software compliance, and software asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation projects.

• Configure software normalization, license reconciliation, and entitlement management.
• Maintain and improve CMDB governance, data quality, and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Develop integrations using REST & SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Import Sets & Transform Maps.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Jira, Workday, Okta, AWS, Azure, and monitoring tools.
• Build and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, automations, and reports.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support software compliance and optimization initiatives.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
