Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Jakarta to drive enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations. You will design and implement SAM Pro solutions, manage software asset lifecycles, configure license reconciliation, and ensure CMDB governance and service mapping are robust.

You will build integrations with SAP, Oracle, Jira, Workday, Okta, AWS, and Azure, using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and Import Sets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in SAM Pro, CMDB, and ServiceNow Integrations.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and ITOM.
• Proficiency with REST & SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Import Sets & Transform Maps.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions.
• Manage software asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, compliance, optimization, and retirement.
• Configure software normalization, license reconciliation, and entitlement management.
• Maintain and improve CMDB governance, data quality, and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Develop integrations using REST & SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Import Sets & Transform Maps.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SAP, Oracle, Jira, Workday, Okta, AWS, Azure, and monitoring tools.
• Build and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, automations, and reports.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support software compliance and optimization initiatives.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
