Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our ITOM practice in Indonesia. You will design and implement CSDM-aligned CMDB solutions, build Service Mapping and dependency mapping, and develop ServiceNow services across Business, Application and Technical layers.

You will ensure data governance and quality, perform health checks, and create dashboards and KPIs to enhance operational visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in CSDM, CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Experience with ITOM Visibility and CI Relationship Modeling.
• Proficient in REST & SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Import Sets & Transform Maps, Flow Designer and UI Policies & UI Actions.
• Experience building ServiceNow workflows, scripts and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain CSDM-aligned CMDB solutions.
• Configure and support Service Mapping and service dependency mapping.
• Develop and maintain Business, Application and Technical Services.
• Improve CMDB governance, data quality and lifecycle management.
• Perform CMDB health checks, data remediation and reconciliation.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Event Management and service observability.
• Knowledge of cloud discovery and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience designing service taxonomies and dependency models.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
