Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an expert ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and transformation programs in Indonesia. You will define the platform roadmap, governance, and best practices while designing and implementing ITSM, CMDB/Discovery, ITOM/AIOps, and integrations with Datadog, Intune, Okta, AWS, and Azure.

You will mentor implementation teams, ensure scalability, security, and performance, and drive AI-powered operations across enterprise services.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture and solution design.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB & Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM/AIOps.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs and stakeholder management.
