Job summary

FOTILE Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Lead Operations Manager to oversee logistics, warehouse, inventory control, aftersales service, and technical service operations across the distribution network in Jakarta. You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while coaching cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Aftersales, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Technical Service Operations.
• Experience in home appliance or consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
