Job summary

FOTILE Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Lead Operations Manager to oversee logistics, warehouse, inventory control, aftersales service, and technical service operations across the distribution network in Jakarta. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Aftersales, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Technical Service Operations.
• Experience in home appliance or consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Aftersales Service, and Technical Service operations.
• Ensure efficient product distribution, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop operational SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage technical service operations, warranty claims, and spare parts availability.
• Lead cross-functional operational teams and monitor overall operational performance.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for Management.
