Job summary

FOTILE Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing activities for gas hob and cooktop lines. You will oversee OEM/third-party production, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive lean manufacturing with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualified candidates have 8+ years in manufacturing, including 3 years in a managerial role, fluency in Mandarin and English, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production, including 3 years as Manager.
• Mandatory experience in Gas Hob/Cooktop manufacturing.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• Strong knowledge of OEM Manufacturing, Production Planning, QA/QC, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
