Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
• Experience with P&L, cost control and forecasting.
• Experience in training and developing a service team.
• Solid grounding in health, safety and food regulations.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.

About The Job

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, strengthen guest satisfaction and drive sustainable commercial performance. This is an outlet management role, reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, at the intersection of hospitality, team leadership, operational excellence and commercial performance.

A major part of the role is shaping the daily craft of service - from the first cover to the final close-out. The Restaurant Manager will lead the team, drive consistent execution and build the operational discipline, culture and profitability behind a memorable dining experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operations, profitability and guest-focused service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow, staff efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for food handling, health and safety across the restaurant.

• Monitor and control restaurant expenses, food costs and labor efficiency to protect profitability.

• Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and drive guest engagement.
• Implement eco-friendly initiatives and reduce operational waste in line with our sustainability commitments.
• Track restaurant performance and generate accurate financial and operational reports.

What You Bring

• A proven track record in restaurant management, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in P&L, cost control and forecasting.
• Confidence leading, training and developing a service team, with a coaching mindset.
• Solid grounding in health, safety and food regulations, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills, with genuine care for the guest experience.
• Resilience under pressure, adaptability and a proactive drive to improve how the restaurant runs.
