Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher, finance/marketing/economy preferred; relevant experience acceptable.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong language and communication skills.
• Excellent observation, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Hard-working and able to withstand high pressure.
• High political quality, moral integrity and company identity.
• Experience in insurance, banking, and sales preferred.

Responsabilités

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings and meetings; manage activity tools.
• Coordinate with branch bank personnel and implement publicity to achieve targets.
• Train bank staff in insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance.
• Handle document distribution/collection and assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Comply with regulator rules and company/global policies.
• Follow business operations processes and company/regulatory guidelines.
• Act with integrity and avoid false financial notes.
• Maintain strong risk control and compliance awareness.
