Responsibilities

• Coordinate with bank personnel at branches to promote sales and meet targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Distribute and collect documents and assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrective actions.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Follow regulator rules and company and global guidelines.
• Adhere to business operations processes.
• Act with integrity, avoid false financial notes.
• Maintain strong risk awareness and compliance.
