Responsibilities

• Coordinate with bank staff at branches and promote sales to meet targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance.
• Handle document distribution/collection and assist with after-sales service and claims.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Follow regulator rules and company/regional/global guidelines.
• Adhere to corporate ethics and avoid false financial statements.
• Maintain risk awareness and compliance in daily activities.
