Manulife seeks a proactive liaison in Jakarta to coordinate with bank branches, deliver training on demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance, and promote sales performance. You will support operations and help with after-sales services.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or above, finance/marketing/economy preferred.
• Proactive, with a sense of responsibility.

• High political quality and moral integrity with good conduct.
• Experience in insurance, banking or sales preferred.

Mansioni

• Comply with daily management/regulations and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branches and promote sales to achieve targets.
• Train bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Provide timely feedback on policy issuance issues from banks.
• Assist customers and bank staff in contacting Manulife Sinochem Operations.
• Distribute/collect documents and support after-sales services including claims.
• Report violations or risks and propose improvements in a timely manner.
