Job summary

AlloFresh Indonesia is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations from inbound to outbound, ensuring SLA attainment and high throughput in a fast-moving e-grocery environment.

You will develop SOPs for inventory control, manage large warehouse teams, and partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, and Tech to drive improvements with WMS, scanning and automation to support daily fulfillment targets.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, preferably in e-commerce, e-grocery, FMCG, or retail.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing large warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and cold chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, inventory systems, and warehouse performance reporting.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving operations under tight SLA and time pressure.
• Strong people management skills to lead, discipline, and motivate teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and be hands-on when required.

Responsibilities

• Meet SLA, productivity, cost efficiency, and accuracy targets in a high-volume environment.
• Develop SOPs for inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, shrinkage, and cold chain.
• Monitor KPIs: order fulfillment, picking accuracy, inventory accuracy, On-Time Fulfillment, cost per order.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, and Tech to handle promotions and spikes.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counting, and reconciliation to minimize variance and loss.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and food handling standards, including cold storage.
• Drive continuous improvement via process optimization and adoption of WMS/automation.
• Prepare and present reports and improvement plans to management.

Job description

• Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes to support AlloFresh’s daily fulfillment targets.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet SLA, productivity, cost efficiency, and accuracy standards in a high-volume e-grocery environment.
• Develop and implement SOPs related to inventory control, stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, shrinkage prevention, and cold chain compliance.
• Monitor and improve key warehouse KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, picking accuracy, inventory accuracy, On-Time Fulfillment, and cost per order.
• Manage warehouse manpower planning, including recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and productivity optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, and Tech teams to support demand spikes, promotions, and new initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counting, and reconciliation to minimize variance, loss, and damage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food handling standards, including cold storage and perishable goods requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, layout redesign, and adoption of warehouse technology (WMS, scanning, automation).
• Prepare and present regular operational reports, insights, and improvement plans to management.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counting, and reconciliation to minimize variance, loss, and damage
• Monitor asset utilization and recommend investments in equipment upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency
