Job summary

Astro Indonesia is seeking a Senior Supervisor Inventory Fresh Warehouse to lead stock accuracy, optimize shelf life, and balance forecast demand with storage capacity. This role requires strong knowledge of fresh products, cold chain management, FEFO/FIFO, and WMS experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, enforce 5S and safety standards, and manage manpower scheduling while driving inbound/outbound process improvements to raise productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of fresh product handling and perishables
• Understanding of cold chain management & temperature control
• Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO, shrinkage control, and quality standards
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes & WMS
