Job summary

SAFF & Co. is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Analyst in Jakarta Barat to monitor stock levels, coordinate warehouse operations, and ensure timely fulfillment. You will manage inbound/outbound processes, drive accuracy in receipts, and supervise 3PL partners to meet SLA targets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field and 3+ years of inventory/logistics experience. Proficiency in ERP/WMS and advanced Excel is essential for reporting and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse administration, or logistics.
• Experience with fulfillment warehouses/3PL providers and courier services, including monitoring SLA compliance and vendor performance.
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound, returns, and stocktaking/cycle counting processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS or inventory management systems, including reconciling stock between internal systems and fulfillment reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions, for inventory reconciliation, reporting, and logistics cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock of finished goods and consumables inventory daily; flag stockout risks to PPIC and Procurement.
• Lead and monitor mini warehouse operations for efficient inventory management.
• Manage inbound deliveries to fulfillment warehouses and verify receipts.
• Coordinate shipment planning and ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Monitor logistics partners for on-time delivery and proper handling; escalate delays or damages.
• Manage customer return pickups and optimize handling of damaged inventory.
• Reconcile internal inventory records with fulfillment reports; resolve discrepancies per SLA.
• Coordinate periodic stock counts across warehouses and generate operational reports.
• Evaluate fulfillment operations and logistics providers against SLA targets; identify improvements.
• Identify and implement logistics cost-saving initiatives.

Job description

• Lead and monitor mini warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management for Sales and Marketing needs.
• Manage inbound deliveries to fulfillment warehouses and ensure accurate receipt verification.
• Coordinate shipment planning and ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule, including shipment confirmation.
• Monitor logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and proper product handling, escalating any delays or damages.
• Manage customer return pickups and optimize the utilization of damaged inventory from returns and production receipts.
• Maintain internal inventory records, reconcile them daily with fulfillment reports, and resolve discrepancies within the agreed SLA.
• Coordinate periodic stock counts across fulfillment and mini warehouses, ensuring complete and timely operational reports.
• Evaluate fulfillment operations and logistics providers against SLA targets, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Identify and implement logistics cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Business & Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring all issues are followed up and resolved promptly.
