Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Center Manager to lead daily operations from inbound through dispatch in Jakarta. You will drive shopfloor management, monitor productivity and inventory accuracy, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and meet service targets.

You will oversee staffing, coach teams, and push continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput, safety, and quality across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or operations management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and fulfillment center operations.
• Strong people leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational data analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong ownership, execution discipline, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment center operations from inbound to dispatch to ensure smooth product flow.
• Conduct regular genba and shopfloor management to monitor conditions and standards.
• Monitor and improve warehouse productivity and throughput including manpower utilization.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and integrity, ensuring stock movements and processes.
• Analyze performance, identify gaps against targets, and develop improvement action plans.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve operational issues and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to build execution capabilities and culture.
• Manage manpower allocation and resources according to volume and workload.
• Collaborate with Business Fulfillment, Stock Management, Commercial and others to support business needs.
• Monitor metrics like productivity, fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, OTIFQ, and efficiency.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and integrity, ensuring stock movements and warehouse processes are properly executed.

What you will need
