Job summary

Astro Indonesia is seeking a Dry Inbound Junior Manager to oversee daily inbound operations, ensure receiving accuracy, maintain inventory flow, and optimize manpower utilization on the ground. You will lead the warehouse ground team, translate forecasts into staffing plans, monitor productivity and cost per piece, and ensure compliance with SOPs and 5S standards.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and inbound processes.
• Experience in manpower planning, translating forecasts into operational requirements, and managing shift coverage.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, cost awareness, and people development skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years at Supervisor level, preferably in fresh product, retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and inbound processes, including receiving accuracy and multiple pick.
• Experienced in manpower planning, translating forecasts into operational requirements, and managing shift coverage.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, cost awareness, and people development skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office / G‑Suite, especially Excel/Google Sheets formulas and Google Slides.
• Strong ownership, integrity, safety awareness, and strict adherence to SOPs and operational standards.
• Able to balance data‑driven analysis with hands‑on execution, with an agile and fast‑paced working style.
