• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, especially in e-commerce/retail.
• Minimum 2 years as a QA/QC Supervisor handling fresh or frozen products in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or F&B.
• Hands-on experience managing fresh and frozen products including fruits, vegetables, eggs, dairy, and frozen foods.
• Proven leadership with sound judgment and data-driven approach.
