Responsibilities

• Conduct consistent and accurate sales presentations to guests to achieve defined sales targets.
• Deliver required sales targets effectively.
• Follow the company’s presentation guidelines and the Twelve Steps of The Sale.
• Represent the company in an ethical, professional manner.
• Maintain and update sales information and materials used for presentations.
• Participate actively in sales and training meetings.
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and YTD.
• Obtain referrals as per company pay plan requirements.
• Comply with all company policies and OH&S requirements.
• Display Count On Me! service to internal and external parties.
• Demonstrate innovation by improving processes and products.
• Show integrity by doing the right thing and delivering on promises.
• Support team members and mentor others where possible.
