Everbest in Tangerang is seeking a proactive People & Organizational Development Specialist to boost employee growth and organizational capability across onboarding, development, and engagement. You will design onboarding, manage KPI/OKR cycles, lead Training Needs Analysis, and support talent management, competency frameworks, and culture initiatives with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong HR knowledge.
• Experience in People Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
• Understanding of KPI/OKR, performance appraisals, and reporting.
• Experience with Training Needs Analysis and learning initiatives.
• Experience with onboarding, engagement initiatives, and culture programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate onboarding programs and 30–60–90-day plans.
• Coordinate KPI/OKR administration and performance reviews.
• Lead Training Needs Analysis and annual training planning.
• Maintain competency mapping and support talent reviews and IDPs.
• Manage employee engagement programs and company culture initiatives.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and competency framework.
• Collaborate with HR Director on organizational development initiatives.
