Job summary

NPAworldwide in Solo, Central Java, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to drive the training strategy across our nationwide restaurant operations. You will design programs for outlet teams, supervisors, and management, and build structured onboarding.

This role collaborates with Operations and HR to identify capability gaps, standardize materials, and monitor KPIs. Travel to outlets as needed to implement best practices and strengthen our internal talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Learning & Development / Training Management.
• Experience in F&B retail or restaurant chain operations.
• Proven ability to develop operating and people-development training programs.
• Experience managing training for multi-outlet / nationwide operations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
