Job summary

MatchaTalent partners with a leading global ICT and telecommunications technology company in Indonesia to recruit an Advisory Contract Manager. The role spans legal, commercial, contract, and risk management across major telecom/ICT projects from review to fulfillment.

The candidate will work with sales, finance, technical, and management teams to structure compliant commercial agreements and support risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in contract management, legal, commercial, or related roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract review and analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract drafting.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in contract negotiation.
• Experience in Telecommunications or ICT industry is highly preferred; EPC or similar complex projects experience required.
• Strong understanding of international trade rules, trade compliance, and import/export regulations.
• Knowledge of international commercial law, finance-related legal matters, cybersecurity and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract activities, including review, drafting, revision, and negotiation for telecommunications and ICT projects.
• Provide commercial and legal solutions to support sales transactions with proper protections.
• Review and analyze terms to identify risks across commercial, legal, financial, and operational areas.
• Oversee contract fulfillment and monitor milestones, obligations, and delivery terms.
• Manage sales authorization processes, risk disclosures, and internal approval workflows.
• Identify and mitigate liabilities, penalties, warranties, and other key provisions.
• Improve internal contract risk management processes and controls.
