Job summary
Pt Infinitium Solutions in Bekasi, West Java, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our software solutions team. You will provide advanced technical support for our enterprise software, diagnose complex issues, and collaborate with developers to ensure optimal performance.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering, at least 3 years in software support, strong OS and network knowledge, scripting skills, and excellent communication in English with Bahasa
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in technical software support.
- Strong OS, networking, and SQL knowledge.
- Scripting in Python or Bash is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
- Strong communication; English fluency required; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues.
- Reproduce issues in a test environment to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to report bugs and improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Assist in training of junior support staff.
- Manage multiple tickets, prioritizing by severity.
- Monitor performance and provide proactive solutions.
- Communicate status and resolution clearly to clients.
