Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in North Jakarta/Sunter area is seeking a technically knowledgeable IT Consultant to join the team. • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT Pre-Sales or similar.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise IT brands preferred (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet).
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a technically knowledgeable IT Consultant to join the team in Sunter, North Jakarta. You will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand technical requirements, recommend suitable IT solutions, and support pre-sales activities through technical proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC).

Key Responsibilities

Understand client business needs and technical requirements to recommend suitable IT solutions

Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, Bill of Materials (BOM), and network topology

Support the sales team in developing proposals and delivering technical presentations

Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) for clients

Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet client requirements

Serve as a technical liaison between clients, sales teams, and internal technical teams

Respond to client requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposals (RFP)

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technology partners

Provide technical consultation and product updates to clients

Stay updated on emerging technologies, IT products, and industry trends

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales or a similar position is preferred

Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, LAN/WAN, and switches

Familiarity with enterprise IT brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, and Fortinet

Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, and Microsoft Hyper-V, as well as cloud computing

Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server operating systems

Experience preparing technical proposals, BOM, network topology, and cost estimates is an advantage

Experience conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and PoC is preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills

Fluent in spoken and written English

Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Candidates with hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure design, implementation, and support are highly preferred.
