Job summary

TP in Indonesia is hiring an IT Support specialist to manage Windows Server environments, network services, and security tools. You will handle installation and configuration, monitor hardware and software, and support users on a shifting schedule.

Required is a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or related field, fluent English, and practical knowledge of Windows Server Administration, AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, Excel, reporting and data analytics, RDP, IIS, Lansweeper, and antivirus solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Willing to working with shifting schedule
• Fluently in English (Oral & Written)
• Have knowledge as IT Support
• Proficient with Windows Server Administration, AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, Excel, Reporting and Data Analytics, RDP
• Windows installation and configuration
• Working knowledge on IT Security best practices, LANSweeper, IIS
• Monitoring software & Hardware, Windows Registry and Anti-virus Program
