Job summary

J&T Express seeks an experienced Learning & Development and Talent Development specialist to drive onboarding, training programs, and leadership development at our Jakarta campus. You will design the framework for talent development, including nine-box matrix, succession planning, and leadership pipelines, while identifying high-potential employees and crafting Individual Development Plans (IDP).

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/ related field required.
• Experience in Learning & Development and Talent Development.
• Familiarity with 9-Box Matrix, succession planning and IDP design.

Job description

• Monitor training effectiveness and employee development
• Coordinate onboarding and learning initiatives
• Manage training records and reporting
• Develop Talent Development & Talent Management frameworks, including 9-Box Matrix, succession planning, and leadership pipeline.
• Identify high-potential employees and create Individual Development Plans (IDP).
• Manage end-to-end training cycles, from TNA, program design, vendor coordination, delivery, to evaluation.
• Monitor training effectiveness through learning metrics and talent performance tracking.
• Work closely with HRBP and business leaders to align development programs with business needs.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin

2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

3. Experienced in Learning & Development / Talent Development. Experienced in 9-Box Matrix, succession planning, talent review, TNA, competency mapping, and development program design
