Qualifikationen

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, HR, or staffing agencies.
• Minimum 4+ years in HR focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring processes and coordinating multiple roles.

• Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on appropriate job boards and universities.
• Source and recruit candidates to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and aptitude.
• Arrange interviews and tests in coordination with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with superintendents and supervisors regarding the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to enhance experience.
