PT. SLS Bearindo is seeking an HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower requests to onboarding, and to source qualified candidates across multiple channels.

You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate schedules with hiring managers, and build a growing talent pool while developing tools and assessments to improve selection. English fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• End-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to onboarding.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and expand the candidate database and talent pools.
• Develop recruitment tools, assessment methods, and questionnaires.
• Provide recruitment recommendations based on assessments.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and activity updates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce requirements.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
