Job summary

PT Bangun Rasaguna Lestari is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Bandung. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure proper storage, and lead a team to maintain inventory accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires 5 years in warehouse ops with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, plus strong knowledge of FEFO/FIFO and WMS. Bandung-based with shift work flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, SCM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse ops experience, at least 3 years as Supervisor/Team Leader, preferably in F&B or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of FEFO/FIFO, inventory control and warehouse layout management.
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety; Halal and BPOM familiarity is an advantage.
• Proficient in WMS and MS Excel (pivot tables and formulas).
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Job description

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, while applying the FEFO/FIFO system to minimize expired and slow-moving stock.

Ensure proper storage of goods according to category and temperature requirements (ambient, chiller, frozen), and coordinate with QC to inspect incoming materials before acceptance.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock opname and cycle counts, investigate stock discrepancies, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.

Implement GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and pest control standards in the warehouse, and keep the facility audit-ready for BPOM, Halal, ISO 22000, and customer audits.

Lead, schedule, and develop the warehouse team (admin, checkers, forklift operators, helpers), and enforce occupational safety (K3), 5S/5R, and housekeeping standards.

Coordinate closely with Production, PPIC, QC, and Purchasing to ensure timely material supply, and prepare regular reports on stock levels, waste/damage, and near-expiry products.

Identify and propose improvements to increase warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and productivity.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 3 year as a Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of FEFO/FIFO, inventory control, and warehouse layout management.

Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards; knowledge of Halal and BPOM requirements is an advantage.

Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and discipline.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Willing to work in shifts and to comply with food factory hygiene regulations.

Willing to be based in Bandung.
