Job summary

PT.Kencana Garment Indonesia seeks a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock opname for raw materials and finished goods. You will ensure accuracy between physical stock and system data, and lead a small team to maintain smooth material flow.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WMS/ERP systems is required. Experience in garment manufacturing is preferred, with strong organizational, communication, and leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Experience in garment industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
• Good organisational, communication, and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, dispatch, and stock opname of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure consistency between physical stock and system data
• Update inventory records and warehouse documents in a timely manner
• Manage, assign tasks, and monitor performance of warehouse team
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure material availability and smooth shipment
• Implement 5S management and ensure inventory security according to company standards

Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory count of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished goods. Ensure consistency between physical stock and system data, and timely update inventory records and related documents. Manage warehouse personnel, work arrangements, and performance supervision. Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure timely material supply and shipment. Responsible for 5S management and inventory security in compliance with factory management requirements.
