Job summary

PT INTEGRA KREASITAMA SOLUSINDO is seeking a Senior Staff HR People Development & Talent Acquisition to oversee job analysis, descriptions, and development programs. You will partner with leaders to shape competencies and performance metrics while aligning talent strategies with business goals.

In this role, you will conduct TNA, support onboarding, lead engagement activities, and collaborate with recruiting to hire for cultural fit and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Program Development experience
• Excellent Communication skills and capabilities in managing teams
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective employee development programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
