Job summary

PT. Lalu Lintas Lancar is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You will target logistics and transportation buyers and book qualified meetings.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, maintain CRM records, and strive to meet monthly targets. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English are required, with a preference for those familiar with fleet management or IoT

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales or similar (SDR/BD)
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional English
• Able to understand and explain SaaS products to logistics buyers
• Self-motivated, organized, and resilient

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities
• Research and identify decision-makers at target logistics and transportation companies
• Book qualified meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities generated
• Manage leads through initial sales cycle and hand off to Account Executives
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for aligned messaging
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity and pipeline in CRM
• Develop understanding of integrated fleet ecosystem to communicate value to buyers
