DSV Inc in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial, Road to lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, and develop market strategy for road transport solutions. The Head of Sales will manage a high-performing team and build strategic accounts.

The role requires strong business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics, fluency in English, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Master's Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or 3PL industry is highly preferred.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account growth plans for existing customers.Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.Define sales objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
