Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Import-Export (IM-EX), Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or related industries
• Experience supervising, leading, or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
• Strong ability to identify and acquire new customers, develop business opportunities, and convert prospects into active customers and shipments.
• Good understanding of pricing, costing, revenue, gross profit, and sales targets in the logistics/freight forwarding business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from New Customer to New Shipment to Revenue to Gross Profit to Customer Retention.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets and comfortable working with measurable KPIs, particularly New Customer Acquisition, New Shipment Generation, Revenue Achievement, Gross Profit Achievement, Customer Retention.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients and internal teams.
