Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Jakarta team and drive HR system initiatives for enterprise clients.

You will analyze requirements, configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules, and ensure seamless integration with other ERP systems while supporting end users and stakeholders across HR and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, HR, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• At least 3 years hands-on SF implementations, configurations, enhancements, or support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and enterprise HR systems.
• Experience with large-scale organizations or enterprise environments.
• Proven end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors project experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with HR, IT, business users, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate HR processes into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Perform SF implementation, configuration, customization, and enhancement.
• Manage Employee Central configuration: master data, org structure, jobs, workflows, and business rules.
• Configure and maintain MDF/Foundation Objects and Role-Based Permissions.
• Manage integration between SF and other enterprise apps using SAP CPI/API.
• Handle employee data migration, mapping, validation, and synchronization.
• Conduct functional testing, SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Prepare functional specs, technical docs, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and continuous improvement.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to HR admins and end users.
