PT Vanz Inovatif Teknologi membuka peluang bagi konsultan SAP SuccessFactors dengan fokus pada Employee Central (EC) dan integrasi HRIS. Peran ini mensyaratkan pemahaman modul SAP SuccessFactors dan kemampuan menyusun BRD/FRD serta spesifikasi fungsional.

Perusahaan berlokasi di Indonesia dan menawarkan pekerjaan pada lingkungan proyek IT solusi berbasis kuantum. Kandidat diharapkan berpengalaman dalam workshop dengan pemangku kepentingan HR serta proses lifecycle karyawan hingga terminasi.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang terkait seperti IT, CS, HR, atau BA.
• Minimal 2–5 tahun pengalaman implementasi atau support SAP SuccessFactors.
• Pengalaman bekerja dengan proses HR dan HRIS.
• Berpengalaman dalam pengumpulan kebutuhan dan dokumentasi fungsional.

Job description

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support.

Experience working with HR business processes and HRIS applications.

Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation.

Technical & Functional Skills

Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Strong knowledge of Employee Central (EC) is preferred.

Understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, job information, employee movement, and termination.

Experience preparing BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, and process flow documentation.

Knowledge of Fit-Gap Analysis and SAP configuration.

Understanding of workflow configuration and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

Experience with SIT, UAT, and defect management.

Understanding of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR or ERP systems.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Able to conduct workshops and discussions with HR stakeholders.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a project team.
