Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant at manager level to lead HR digital transformation initiatives, focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. You will guide implementation efforts, manage client relations, and drive workshops and solution design across HR processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and business development in a global advisory setting. Based in Jakarta, you will collaborate with EY's SAP HCM and HR transformation teams to deliver value for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field.
• 6-12+ years (Manager) of SAP HCM / SAP HR experience.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM implementation, support, or transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors and HR cloud transformation is a plus.
• Prior consulting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programs.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, budget, and quality.
• Act as primary client advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Join Our SAP HCM Consulting Team (Manager Level)

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our SAP Consultant - SAP HCM (Manager level) team, focusing on HR digital transformation, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors solutions.

Core Focus Areas:

• SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll)
• SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance, Recruiting, Learning)
• HR transformation & cloud migration initiatives
• Integration of SAP HR systems with enterprise platforms
• Workforce analytics and HR technology innovation

Main Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field
• 6-12+ years (Manager) of SAP HCM / SAP HR experience
• Strong experience in SAP HCM implementation, support, or transformation projects
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices
• Prior consulting experience is highly preferred
• Exposure to SuccessFactors and HR cloud transformation is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
