Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) seeks a SAP S/4HANA implementation specialist to lead finance transformation. You will coordinate activities, map processes, and ensure user readiness throughout the deployment lifecycle.

You will liaise between business users, IT, and partners; document requirements; oversee testing and data migration; and drive user training and change management to stabilise the system after go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP or SAP implementation experience.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA deployment experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and process mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience in large-scale transformation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description Summary:

Support the implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA & ACM solutions within downstream business functions by coordinating project activities, facilitating business process alignment, and ensuring successful system deployment and user readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Job Description:

• Act as the primary liaison between Business Users, IT, and implementation partners.

• Conduct process mapping and fit-gap analysis to ensure business requirements are aligned with system capabilities.
• Support solution design discussions and provide recommendations for process standardization and optimization.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation progress.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items, and coordinate resolution.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with users.
• Coordinate system testing including SIT and UAT.
• Ensure master data, transaction flows, and reporting requirements are accurately validated during testing and implementation.
• Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Develop user training materials, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer programs.
• Drive user readiness, change management, and adoption initiatives throughout implementation.
• Provide post-go-live support and monitor system utilization, issue resolution, and process stabilization.
• Ensure project documentation, implementation status reports, and governance requirements are maintained and updated.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP or SAP implementation projects.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation & deployment initiatives.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business process mapping, system integration, and implementation methodologies.

• Capable of translating business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.

• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in large-scale transformation projects is an advantage.
